Ashwagandha Root Powder-60g
Ashwagandha may have a calming effect on anxiety symptoms. Some research has shown it to be effective in treating forms of arthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis. There are evidence that Ashwagandha root extract could enhance a person’s cardiorespiratory endurance, which could improve heart health. However, more research is necessary. Several studies have examined Ashwagandha’s ability to slow or prevent loss of brain function in people with neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease.
How to Use:
Add1-2 tsp of Ashwagandha Root powder in a cup of hot water, steep for 3-5 minutes, strain mixture and add desired sweetener. Most suitable Honey or Stevia.
